Writer/director Andrew Bowser is our esteemed guest this week - you may know him better as Onyx the Fortuitous, or less formally, "Weird Satanist Guy," "Weird Arby's Guy," "Weird Sinkhole Guy," "Weird E3 Guy," et al. He joins us this week to tell us about the campaign for his crowdfunded feature film, Onyx The Fortuitous and The Talisman of Souls, and what it's like to translate his viral character into a long-form narrative. Also discussed is Onyx's recent resurgence on TikTok, our shared love of Cronenberg, and the time he tried and failed to introduce himself to Courtney Love.
